As a Chief Strategy Coach, Prof. Parag Shah has a distinguished leadership style exhibited through his hybrid coaching method not just apt for the business, but also the entrepreneur running it. Prof. Shah works on the entrepreneurs’ ability and intrinsic talents to create the best ways of running his or her business. He has successful mentored and coached SME and corporate setup business owners, charting their way from a small time business to creating a visionary entrepreneur.

Prof. Parag Shah’s inspiring journey is documented in the form of a book called ‘Antarprerna’ where he reaches out to everyone to ‘Dream Big, Dare to Fail’.

The Educationist

The Educationist
Prof. Parag Shah is an entrepreneur by profession but an educationist at heart. He was the Founding Chairman of FLAME University which was India’s first Liberal Arts University. He traveled the world to culminate all his learnings and various forms of teachings available in this liberal arts format, partnering with the best institutes and faculties.

Critical Thinking, Creativity, Effectuation and Innovation are the key areas Prof. Parag Shah teaches and promotes through his form of education. These facets of education are now practiced by him as a Chief Mentor of MIDAS (Management, Innovation, Design, Arts & Social Sciences), a School of Entrepreneurship dedicated towards creating entrepreneurs. Prof. Parag Shah has won accolades for his work in education like being awarded the ‘Visionary Leadership Award’ by DNA Group, being on the jury of International Innovation Centres, being awarded the ‘Icon of Education’ by Minister of Education, Maharashtra and winning the ‘Business Acharya of the Year 2016″ by Entrepreneur Magazine. His TEDx talk is nothing short of a preview to his passion of igniting minds and energy towards creating something new everyday.

The Entrepreneur

Prof. Parag Shah is a serial entrepreneur who started off with a chain of Photo Finishing Labs called SNAP, was India’s biggest distributor for Nestle Vending Machines, is a pioneer in real estate industry with close to 100mn sft being worked upon through his partnership with the Oxford Group in Pune, where he is also the MD of the award winning Californian style Oxford Golf Course.

The Dreamer

Prof. Parag Shah has a dream of making 10,000 entrepreneurs who would thereby contribute to the livelihood of crores of people. He wants to empower young men and women to not just survive but thrive in their work and their lives. His dream is a result of his passion towards interacting with people and enabling them to become masters of their decisions, their lives.
